    How is it different from the Base store?

    Base is your store at yourbusiness.cubotienda.com, free while you sell up to 30 orders a month. Professional is the same store, with your products and your orders, on your own .com: with a home page you build yourself, your colors and your font, your pages, Google, coupons and discounts, and your own email if you want it.

    Does the domain cost extra?

    No: the .com is included and renews automatically every year. Pick it from your app, under Your domain, and within minutes your store is there. If you ever leave cubobase, we transfer it to you for free so it stays yours.

    Can I use a domain I already have?

    Yes, including a .us or any other. Type it in your app (Menu → Your domain): it tells you what to enter where you bought it and lets you know on your phone when it’s live. Your email isn’t touched.

    Do I have to re-enter everything?

    No. If you already have the Base store, it’s the same one: your products, your orders and your payment setup stay as they are. Upgrade from your app, under Menu → Professional store, and it turns on as soon as you pay the first month.

    Will you move my store from another platform?

    Yes, for free: your products with their photos, prices, categories and descriptions, your shipping and payment options, and your old addresses lead to the new ones. From WooCommerce it happens automatically; from other platforms, we go over it with you before we start.

    Do you take a cut of each sale?

    No. It’s a flat monthly price. Stripe or PayPal charge their usual fee on each payment, as always, and the money goes into your account, not through us.

    Does my store show up on Google?

    Google can find it: every product and every page has its own address. Base doesn’t show up on Google. How much it shows up depends on what you sell and what people search for, as with any website.

    Do I get email on my domain?

    If you want it, at no extra cost: addresses like info@yourbusiness.com, as many as you need. Read and reply from your app, no password needed.

    What if I know nothing about design?

    You don’t need to. Ask Neo in your own words (“make the background lighter”, “write my About us”) and it does it while you watch. If it’s not clear, it shows you options. Everything stays in a draft until you tap Publish, with “Undo”.
