Comparison · straight up
All three can give you a website or a store. What changes is who they’re built for, what they really cost and what each one includes. Here it is all in one place, including what the others do well.
The Wix and Shopify details come from their own pricing and help pages, checked on October 23, 2026. They change often and vary by country: the sources are at the bottom.

Do the math
A store on your own domain, taking card payments. Check what you need.
Card payments carry their own processing fee on all three (Stripe, Wix Payments or Shopify Payments). Before tax.
Which one fits
There’s no single best one for everyone. Here’s what we’d tell you if you asked.
Not if you use Shopify Payments, its own card processing, which is available in the US: you pay its processing fee, as you would with any card processor. If you use another provider instead, Shopify adds a percentage of each sale: 2% in Basic, 1% in Grow and 0.6% in Advanced, on top of what that provider charges.
No. The Professional store is a flat monthly price, with the .com included; Base is free while you sell up to 30 orders a month. Stripe or PayPal charge their usual fee, like anywhere else, and the money goes into your account.
For a store on your own domain, yes: Wix Core is USD 29 a month paying for the year up front, and our Professional store is USD 50 month to month. The difference is in what’s included: with us, the .com every year (not just the first), email, and an app built for running your orders from your phone. If you don’t need any of that, Wix may be a good fit.
Yes. Wix has Wix Payments, plus PayPal, Stripe, Square and others; Shopify has Shopify Payments; in cubobase, you connect your Stripe account from the app (with Apple Pay and Google Pay) and the order is marked paid automatically.
cubobase has the Manager: it replies with AI, takes the order or booking and sends the payment link. Wix has an AI chat that replies on WhatsApp Business, but its help pages don’t say it takes orders or payments, and that number can no longer be used in the WhatsApp app. On Shopify, it’s done with apps from other companies.
With the Professional store, we move it over for free: products, photos, prices and categories, and your old addresses lead to the new ones. From WooCommerce it happens automatically; from Wix or Shopify, we go over it with you first, case by case.
Wix: over 2,000 templates and more than 100 payment providers worldwide. Shopify: over 16,000 apps and its own point of sale, with card readers where Shopify Payments is available, as in the US. They’re big platforms, for everyone; we focus on small businesses that sell on WhatsApp.
