How it works
Your store with your name and logo, your WhatsApp answered, and an app to run it all from your phone.
Your store lives at yourbusiness.cubotienda.com (or your own .com, with Professional). On WhatsApp, the Manager answers, takes the order and sends the payment link. And phone or counter orders, you enter in two taps.
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash. When they pay by card, the order is marked paid automatically and the money goes into your account, as always.
We notify them on their phone at every step: when you get the order, when it’s paid, when it’s ready and when it leaves. With your logo, without you lifting a finger. Fewer “is it on its way?” messages on WhatsApp.
Their name and number stay in your app, not someone else’s. Send your deals to the phones of those who sign up, free and with your logo (“Today only: cheese pizza for $12”). And after every order, we ask them for a Google review.
Opens and closes on its own
Set your hours and the store opens and closes on its own. If the kitchen gets slammed one day, close it with one tap and it opens again the next day.

No. Delivery apps bring you new people, and that’s what they’re good for. This is for your regulars: so they order from you directly, through your store and your WhatsApp, and the customer stays yours, not the app’s.
No: you or your driver deliver, like today. In your store you set up your delivery options with their price (driver, scooter, free in the neighborhood) and, if you want, a minimum order for delivery. The customer picks one and pays for delivery along with the order.
The same as today for each charge: it’s your own Stripe account, and the money goes straight there, not through us. Bank transfer or cash: nothing to charge.
Yes. Set which days and what time you open (7 pm to 1 am, with a midday break, Sunday different) and your store opens and closes on its own: outside your hours it tells your customer when it opens again and, if you want, still lets them order for later: at 5 pm they order for 9 pm and you get it marked with the time. If your kitchen gets swamped one day, you close it with one tap in your app and the next day it opens on its own.
Enter them in your app in two taps: tap the products, the customer and how they pay, and the app gives you the payment link, ready to send on WhatsApp. And if they pick it up, scan the order’s QR code and it’s marked delivered.
Not like a delivery app: this is so the people who already know you order from you directly. What does help: after every order we ask the customer for a Google review, and with Professional your store shows up on Google, with every product.
